Autogager 1500/3000, is an opto isolated data acquisition system with differential capacitive probe measurement, DC motor conveyor servo and centralized robotic arm.

Special grounding and isolation techniques were utilized resulting in two and one half times improvement in repeatable disk thickness measurement.
